4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted once we send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock or priced in error.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Your statutory rights apply. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of unused items in their original packaging. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons once opened.
